Hi, I’m Gaby. I do nails because I love watching a woman look at her hands and smile.

I’m Venezuelan and I live in Longueuil with my husband and my daughter. I started in this trade in Colombia, in a nail salon where I learned almost everything by watching, practising and listening to the owner, who taught me what no course does: that a beautiful manicure is decided in the details nobody sees. Once in Canada, I completed Rivera Beauty’s gel and acrylic Master Classes, with Mia Secret certification and training recognized by the Association des professionnels en électrolyse et soins esthétiques du Québec, so the technique would match the passion.

Because that’s what people notice first: I love what I do. You can see it in how I linger on every cuticle, how I check a shape three times before I approve it, how I don’t call a nail finished until I would ask for it again myself. I don’t know how to work fast at the expense of working well, and I don’t want to learn.

Belle et Bonita is my studio and my only occupation. I opened it to do things the way I always wanted to: one client at a time, in Spanish, French or English, with all the time it takes, in a space where everything, from the colour of the walls to the coffee, is there so you feel cared for.

When I’m not at the studio, I train with my coach, read everything I can find about skincare, and spend time with my family. I look forward to meeting you.
